The annual general meeting of the Norfolk County Sports Hall of Recognition is held once a year. AGM meeting dates and times will be announced as they approach.

Tuesday, October 3, 2023: Parade of Champions, at the Curling Building, Norfolk County Fairgrounds. An event held each year at the Norfolk County Fair to honour teams and individuals who have won provincial, national, or international championships. Start time is 6 p.m. Honourees should gather at the south side of the Curling building by 5:45 p.m.

Friday, December 1, 2023: Deadline for nominations for the Class of 2023 Sports Hall inductees.
