Deadline for applications for the Norfolk County Sports Hall of Recognition is December 1st of each year.
The Sports Hall of Recognition Committee does not nominate potential inductees. Instead, nomination packages must come from individuals or organizations in the community. Nominations are then scored by a sub-committee and nominees who receive 80 points or greater are recommended to the full committee. Up to four individuals may be chosen for induction each year.
Applications should be dropped off at the Simcoe Recreation Centre to the attention of Susie Wray, or can be mailed to the address indicated on the nomination form.
